Returned op2 back to amazon had 2 dead pixels on screen

    Hi i got my op2 delivered on 13th sept i returned it back to amazon as i noticed dead pixels from day 1 of my use really dissapointing after waiting so long..worst part even after returning it back i am not able to track weather what is my progress in returns...i also contacted them to update it my return as i handed over the device to them still not able to see the status still showing as scheduled for return how annoying :(

    I am sad that you got a faulty product however you should have selected the replacement option that was amazon would have given you an invite to buy again.

    Hello @Funk Wizard,
    I received One Plus on 15-Sep-2015, I am facing heating issues with this device.
    It got warm on mild usage and hot on moderate usage. Also, the CPU-Z app showed battery temp > 45 degrees.
    Is this normal or I should return it?
    It shows the CPU speed as 1.56 GHz and Model as OnePlus ONE2003?
    Is this all fine?
