coming from the nexus 5, i absolute LOVE the battery life. i charge it once a day, and always at 35-40 when i charge it. thats with my work having very weak signal and constantly trying to get signals 10-11 hours a day.

To be honest, I never really was against Android or something. It was just one of those "stuck for too long on something"-things. Each is unique in its own way and I like them both. But if I really have to decide, I'd go for Android and OPO. Definitely OPO!

I finally fixed it.. I wasn't use to using cmd and fastboot coming from using a galaxy s2.. it took a bit of tweeking tho as i kept getting "unfortunately audiofx has stopped" bug displaying when i booted the phone and it wouldn't allow me to do anything as it kept looping. all is well now and feeling awesome about my phone :)

Great review. I got mine on Thursday night and am LOVING it! I was using a rooted Galaxy s3 running cm11 before this and it was a bit problematic sometimes due to being an older device. I love cm11 and it runs so smoothly on the ONE :)

I have a friend like that. He says that he would prefer the flexibility and customization available for Android to being locked in the Apple ecosystem, but back when the first iPhone came out there was nothing else like it on the market, so he bought it. Now he's stuck; he ended up investing in his iTunes library, bought an iPod, bought a Mac, and all that so he could have a seamless experience with his original iPhone and its successors. He hinted that he felt stuck, but wasn't going to abandon his investment in Apple to come over to the light side.

I'd like to but still patiently waiting for an invite opportunity. I know the are pre-orders, but I won't be able to purchase during that time. :(
