Oculus Rift DK2 (not d*ck) is priced for $350.

The Google Cardboard however retails for about $10 or under.

My uncle kindly let me keep his second pair so I made it just a few minutes ago to play with again (from yesterday). It was about £5 for kit and wasn't the official kit but still works as great.

Let me just say that this thing is AMAZING and will give you a quality VR for what the price is as compared to people who don't want to invest their hard earned money into the OcRift.
My OPO was the only phone which would work with the magnet button but the Z2 or Nexus 4 didn't seem to work properly, I think it was just the kit.

The Kit was simple enough to follow without instructions and if need be I can disassemble and re-assemble for people's curiosity.

    Functions & Ease Of Use

The OPO passes with flying colors on this piece of hardware.
    Magnet button works perfectly.
Phone placement - sits in well and doesn't wobble or wedge out of place and fall into the lenses.

That's all there is really to say about the Kit & OPO together. It literally will give you endless hours of fun and will make you want to explore Google Play Store for apps and more apps that are created for the Cardboard or VR in general.

    Apps Used

    Google Cardboard - LINK
A must have just after you create the VR Kit.

    Orbulus - LINK
It's ******* huge. (couldn't of put it any other way)
but it's worth the scenery that is given to you to look at within the app :)
Has a Zooming function which is pretty nifty to play with.

    SwivelGun (Logride shootout) - LINK
Bit of frameskip but graphically it looks quality, gameplay is pretty fun and I was impressed with the fluidity of the log itself.

    Dive City Rollercoaster - LINK
Rollercoaster has fluidity, overall smooth & graphically is pleasing.
Who wouldn't use a rollercoaster VR app on VR hardware?...

    VR Cinema - LINK
Pro is like £0.61p which gives you extra functions and playback formats so I haven't purchased yet but might do.
This app lets you run videos in SBS (side-by-side) to let you enjoy movies/pictures in 3D.
Works flawlessly on the OPO with sound.

So that's it folks. I made some Sellotape alterations to my Kit so it would stay sturdy but it's worth it for the OPO!
