    Feature Needed Background Description Shelf has shortcuts for notes, widgets and shortcuts that are very handy while using a OnePlus device.

    The right swipe on home for shelf has been taken away in the new update. I think users should get the option to choose between shelf or Google dashboard. The shelf is much more practical and essential when compared to Google dashboard. Also the swipe down for shelf hinders the notification panel greatly.

    I created an account specifically for this issue.

    I just upgraded from OnePlus 5 with OxygenOS 10 to OnePlus 8T running OxygenOS 11 and the missing right swipe from shelf is really killing me.
    The previous setup with down swipe for notifications and right swipe for shelf was just perfect

    Please bring back that option or customize the right swipe so we can choose between Google Dashboard and OnePlus Shelf

    I upgraded from 3T to an 8T yesterday, this is perhaps the only drawback. It feels so incomplete without the shelf at right swipe, down swipe is always for notifications. Bring it back please!

    Also very disappointed to lose swipe right on shelf on 8T on Oxygen 11, coming from 7T!

    Very vital feature, please allow back option for swipe right for shelf!

    This is an awesome idea! I just upgraded my phone from the 5T to the 8T and I am disappointed to see that this isn't an option anymore! I like to use the swipe down to access my notifications and the swipe right to access my shelf. I do not use discover at all.

    We want swipe right to Shelf not to Google and Discovery.......OnePlus why ????
    We are a customers and 99% want this option.
    Where are OnePlus dialler, messages, Contacts ???
    I don' t want Google dialer and messages.
    We are still on January security patch 😡😡😡😡
    What do you do....nothing.
    Very bad customer support....do you read what your customers want.?????

    This is my first time commenting here and it's for this exact issue. I went from the OnePlus 6 to the 8t also and the right swipe shelf being taken away with the update is just about my only complaint. I really hope the add the option to turn the shelf back on in a future update.
