Returning the OP2 was a bit of a hassle, but the whole refund process took about 3 weeks.

Received this today after asking for a update. Phone was received by them 10/13/2015, it was a refused to accept so its still NIB.

    A pleasant day to you!

Thank you for getting back to us, we appreciate it. As requested, we'll now initiate the refund process. It usually takes 1-3 days. Kindly inform us once refund is successful. Thank you :)

    Best regards,

Not sure if i should even believe this or if they are stalling. Guess I'll know for sure by Thursday.

YES!! Finally got rid of this horrible device! Received my money back. (FULL refund)
So happy that i got rid of this piece of shit! OnePlus One was really great. OnePlus Two one of the worst phones out there. I would seriously prefer the One over the Two. Well bought a Motorola x Style what i recommend for everyone.

Actually got a email notice from Paypal and OnePlus that they have sent the refund. I'm amazed that they actually sent it the next day after they said they would process my refund. If only this was done in a timely matter in the first place instead of taking over a month...

Anyways, I'm glad this is resolved and taught me a lesson to never buy from a small phone company again due to the piss poor customer service.

I am at the end of my patience with company..they need shutting down! appalling Customer Service dept!over 100 emails back and forth a different idiot each time..

Hardly any positive threads on forum now...they are in complete denial. They over hyped the phone so this all of their own making. have they never heard that honesty the best policy:rolleyes:

just sent them this when they demands £21 for return. have been arguing with them for months since I formally rejected device within the 14 day period!

my recent message to them re this never ending saga:

"WRONG! you are really clueless with UK/ european law aren't you?

you send me a return slip!

quote: taken from UK distance selling regulations:rolleyes:

"Q: Who pays for the costs of returning unwanted goods?

A: Unless you have agreed otherwise in the contract, the customer is not obliged to return the goods to you at all — they are simply required to make them available
    for you to collect.

You can, however, agree a contract that requires the customer to return the goods to you if they cancel and to pay the direct costs of your recovering the goods if
they fail to do so. If so, this must be included in the information you confirm to them (see 6). You cannot, however, require the customer to pay the cost of returning
    any faulty or substitute goods."
