I have received a Tampered Headset and it seems like the product was refurbished, repacked and shipped. The delivery was delayed by 3 days. I understand the covid situation. The product is damaged and left ear piece is tampered near mic. This cannot be used for daily work and long run. I have raised RMA for the same last week but no progress on ticket raised. RMA ticket id: RM1200702353942237 Tried calling call support team, they keep me on hold for 20-25 min and then disconnect. Chat support queues are never addressed. Dropped couple of emails and remainder emails again but still no response. @ramakrishna k Please look into this asap.
