You should be able to install stable 10.3.5 over your beta version without any data loss (still good practice to back up first, though).

Go to your local OnePlus support page, click Software Upgrade, choose your phone model and follow the instructions.

Make sure the file is in internal storage and that there is no '.jar' file extension - the file name should end in '.zip'.

You should be able to update via OTA to the correct Android 9 version, which from memory is 9.0.9 for the OP6, and 9.0.17 for the 6T.

Alternatively, a google search may find download links for these versions as well.

As a starting point, here is the community thread for those versions:

First step would be to run the OnePlus diagnostic app and see if anything shows up. You don't need to be rooted or anything to run it. Also check the battery health percentage.

Details of the OnePlus Diagnostic tool.

Do you have RAM boost enabled? You could try enabling/disabling that and see if it helps.

Otherwise take note of what app you're using when it crashes and uninstall that app for a while and see if it still happens.

I have tried disabled ram boost. and enable as well both.

but not helping and i have seen that its not about the specific application that made the phone crash.

i reset full wipes cache cleared and then i just transferred my massages from old phone OnePlus 3T. sms count is arround 50k but it goes max 20k and it shut down.

then i turned it on just go into sms and it shut down again instantly.

again i flashed and then i tranfer images which is arround 80k and when it reach to 40k it crash and even when i open gallery it happens again.

i tried going to gallery 3 times same things happen. even tried cache cleared as well but no luck.

i guess when. the phone is at some process like when it take load it crash it seems like that to me.but i have turn on my OP6 from last night and its still on cos i didn't use the phone its just on. the up time is almost now 20hours

Given the number of messages and images you are trying to transfer, maybe you should look at how much storage is used.
