    see when I downgraded the update it took me to Android pie and I've installed my apps routinely and my camera is flashlight everything was working perfectly and in the system updates it automatically update to Android q the stable version Android q to 10.3.5 and boom my camera flash light apps are not working like before this is the issue so if someone can help me please flash my device through online if it's not working in the online process flashing then I'll go to service centre

    please roll back, reupdate the update WITHOUT setting up any apps or settings! then try to setup your phone
