If for some reason you want to rollback to CM11s from CM12 here is the easy method for you.

This method will wipe your device and restore it STOCK CM11s. Please backup your data.

1, Download the stock fastboot rom zip file, unzip and keep it on your desktop.

    CM11s Stock Mega Link
    CM11s Stock Google Drive

2, Put your phone on fastboot mode. (Disconnect the phone from the computer if connected power off your phone, hold VolumeUP+Power button simultaneously till you see fastboot.)

3, Install ADB drivers if you don't have it already > ADB Drivers Link

4, Depending on phone version run the.bat file with a double click 16gb Model or 64gb Model.

Note: The script will unlock the bootloader first before installing the CM11s. Just follow the on screen instructions. If the phone reboots after unlocking the bootloader then just disconnect the phone put it back to fastboot mode and connect the script should continue installing the CM11s.

If you already have unlocked bootloader there will be no interruption the script will install the CM11s and the phone will reboot into STOCK CM11s.

Hi, I followed your instructions and I receiveda confirmation message saying 'Bootloader locked' Stock CM11s Installed successful but the phone won't power up. I've tried volume up and power as well but it's not responding at all. Any ideas?

Did this method work for anyone? or does it just put your phone into brick mode?

I really hate Lollipop but I also really recommend not trying this, unless you have a lot of money to throw around. Thanks for posting this but I'm seeing a lot of people reporting bricked phones... Better wait for more stable solutions.

Sorry to hear that, not sure what has gone wrong. This method has helped many people in rollback, even though your phone is bricked its easy to recover and i sure will help you.

    .
The issue is more about lollipop than CM, although CM should have done better than just try to release something quickly and loose functionality. Look at what you use in CM11 and check if it's there in CM12. Lollipoo removed rights from apps to enable and disable data, for example. Not even CM profiles work anymore. The icons on the status bar changed now so you can't tell if If cell data on, unless it's being used at the moment you look at it. Recent apps now is just a list of apps that were opened at some point, not a list of active apps and the list goes on. That's a deal breaker for me. Last time CM broke something like that (bluetooth a while ago) it took 6 months for it to be fixed.

Random instructions? You either flash it manually by inputing each commend or let the BAT file do it for you, this is the correct method.
