I'm just about the worst person to ask battery life (SOT), I'm not an heavy user.
For me it's all about idle time and that's like 1-2% for about 8 hours of sleep...

I get around 48 hours of usage and about 5 hours SOT; usually plug the phone in to charge at around 7-8%

I don't do any gaming though so that might be different for you. Mostly just social media and WhatsApp

Yo how to remove that shitty google search from home screen ?? Also how can I customize Messenger? I don't like it, and also don't want to use hangouts.

    I'd say about 70% WiFi, 30% 3G!

Shitty google search: Long press on empty spot on home screen, three dots up, Search bar->off
    Customize messenger and Hangouts, dunno...

    Two ways:
    1. CApps-ThemeChooser from: https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/zip-trimmed-capps.407375/
    Or:
    2. Put the image you want for the lockscreen in data/system/users/0 and name it keyguard_wallpaper
In order to see those hidden folders, you would need a file browser that can show hidden files and folders. Reboot phone.

    1. In Settings, Wifi, Advanced, set to never for Wifi on while sleep.

    2. Set your GPS to Device

I have tried that, not effective. So far the only that works is set GPS to device only.

    1. I don't have this option? But if you mean keep wifi on in power-saving mode, I have this "always".
This setting does not mean it's always on while sleep, rather than if device is on power-saving mode (batery low).

    2. GPS on high accuracy, although I only turn it on when I need it, it's not always on

No wifi drain for me, but if you have set location on high accuracy and it's always on, that could explain it.

    SOLVED
Just figured it out. You do the same way as you did in lollipop. You just need to single click in the middle of the card, not the profile picture/initial and obviously not the phone icon, to get the details option. I was trying to long press or touch the profile picture. I guess I was trying not to call the number again.

GPS, set to "Device" There are 3 choices "High accuracy, Battery saving, Device"

What ever works for you, but like I said I have it set to always and GPS is set to high accuracy, no wifi battery drain for me. Plus you missed my points completely...

Well I'm back after 1 week of holidays doing snowboard in Andorra. A few things have changed it seems... updated modem and WiFi firmware. I've to confess, so "much time" without flashing a ROM was getting unbearable. I left my beloved OP1 at home and took along my backup and smaller screened N4, in case I crashed on the slopes. Even after driving more than 1100 km and a few hours of sleep I had to install the latest build. Nothing like starting the New Year with a new build :) So far so good.
