I do agree with you bt sometime you should try different things by doing so it would be a challenge to customize colorOS d way cyanogenMod works.. So i accepted the challenge ;-)

yes, notification dont work ok...
Go to Security center and try to turn off Permission monitoring, maybe help...
/check: Settings->Apps->Autocleaning->turn off Auto cleaning memory, turn off Data saving in Security center too.../
