Sound like a bad download try downloading again because you don't need a weekly first

Apperantly the download was fine. The problem was that I booted up in the custom recovery, and not CWM or the other one. If i press power + vol up/down I keep getting into the normal recovery and not cwm. Yet I installed the cwm recovery image. I have to load it from my pc every time into the phone :s

A site note again :) : My battery drained almost 20% this night with the latest slim rom. That looks like a lot for me. My Jiayu 3G had almost 3 times the battery life this one+ has. I'm kinda dissepointed to be honest. What app can I install to manage this better or check what's eating one+'s battery

After flashing a custom recovery, you need to take the option (usually on the power menu) to reboot to recovery. you will also need to select the option in settings in the phone itself to not allow updates to change the recovery.

Once you reboot into recovery you will have the new recovery.

In terms of battery drain did you follow the simple rule after flashing the rom to leave it 10-15mins after setting everything up and reboot again?

I apply further reboots after 1 hour and 12 hours and the results for battery drain for my phone are in the attached picture Screenshot_2014-10-13-11-44-01.png

I can get into recovery menu, but I don't have anything uploaded on phone to recover from. How do i place roms to internal SD?

Does anybody know if you can change the position of the clock on the lockscreen to the middle of the screen? Or can it only be displayed at the top? :(

If your battery drained 20% over night, you have done something horribly wrong. I have been helping to maintain this device since Kufikugel has been away, & I am the one that has updated the kernel and added a couple of features. I am getting fantastic battery life! Probably less than 1% drop overnight. Also, about your multi ROM problem. I'm not sure that our kernel has multi ROM support.

Can you boot to recovery? If so you should be able to Mount the right
If you can get into recovery and you are running twrp then you can go to mounts and enable mtp then connect to you computer and copy that way

Sounds like you lost baseband, I cant suggest how to get back from that on a One, from doing the same thing to my Galaxy Note 2 once, the only way back is to flash stock firmware and start again, making sure you are installing the ROM for the right model of phone, assuming you dont have a backup of all your partitions that you can restore

If i start recovery of TWRP, I can do factory resets, but also a whole wipe of system + data + sd etc.. Can I do this and than start over again with a fresh official stock rom? OR is factory reset enough?
And where do I find this official rom? Cuz I didn't took backup of my phone when I got it. I just rooted it and start testing ROMS.

A factory reset just wipes all user data, accounts and apps
Look at these links for hints, and if you search around the cyanogen corporate site you can find the full stock image that you will need to reinstall
