Well if I make a settings for it then a flexible so that the user can assign whatever action he or she want. Others does not make sense. It works now without false alarm and it does not drain battery that real. The driver and hardware are good optimized.

Well we are not a kanger ROM which integrates every feature. Most of the things are developed by us. If you use slim that means it is another OS without features from others but with new features from us which you do not find in the other original development ROMs. This roms in general do not share that much. Only a handfull features. If you need all together then so called kanger ROMs are the right for you.

Tip: For those that don’t want to use the on-screen navigation (prefers the hardware), but would still like the nav-ring, try enabling Slim-pie and customize that to your liking.

You have the full-screen experience but with the option of sliding up from the bottom of your screen to trigger apps, etc.

No major issues on my end. I use Rocket Player and every once in a while I get a slight bump or what heels like a lockup but that could be the players fault. I've been running slim since Monday night without any major issue

Lol well we are working internally since longer time on another solution. But it is still far away from public release. We want to close the gapp between cm theme chooser and the ideas we have to allow more theming. But that is not that easy like it sounds lol

Interesting, like the idea of this. I won't install it on the One when I get it, but I'll probably install it on my current phone to have a play around with it after I've migrated to the One.

Amazing. My overall fav ROM. Used it on my Nexus 7(2013), and LG G2, b4 getting Bacon. I am so happy right now. Already using it and to no surprise is best and smoothest by far. 5.5in screen is shining and more usable with dpi slimmed out. Also using hardware and softkeys at same time is a whole new level of multitasking and efficiently. So coOl.

Guys I just pushed for our bacon an in between weekly.

    Main changes:

Some audio fixes and enhancements on kernel level mainly.

Fixed the reported LTE issue (on some carriers the settings did not stick)

Added new gesture: arrow up activates not the torch (arrow down on slim is mute/vibrate/sound). Keep in mind this gesture will not work with a third party kernel.

Changed for torch from camera interface to sysf control. Much more reliable and faster.

And some minor stuff and cleanup.

Just flash them ROM dirty over your installation. No need to wipe anything

I really like how smooth this rom works on the 1+1. I like it so much I flashed SlimKat on my HTC one M7 and it is smooth as glass. I will flash this update on my 1+1 when I get a second. One question- Will need flash the gapps also?

Yes use the gapps provided in the third post. Custom roms are not allowed to integrate them. Google permits this.

If you use a newer one then you already have then yes. If not then just flash the ROM.

On complete new installs then of course wipe data cache system. Flash ROM and gapps and boot up.
