GAPPS must be flashed BEFORE initial boot, they will NOT work properly if you flash them afterwards !!!

    KNOWN BUGS:

    You tell us ;)

Omni only supports TWRP recovery, use any alternate recovery at your own risk.

Omni doesn't have anyone with OnePlus One, so unless someone steps up to do it, answer is no.

Omni only uses AOSP Framework, required changes are taken from CAF, but first rule in Omni is to never break AOSP (as much as possible), our HALs are forked from CAF, Omni's features are done in a very respective way to AOSP. We also have OMS, and we support Substratum.

Oh yeah. I have been using Omni as my daily driver on my Oppo Find 7. It's great to see that now same ROM is available for OnePlus 5.

@kldoc Thank you for the amazing work.

I really liked to give it a try... but, I can't if the op5 camera app is not included... is there any way to port the op5 camera app to omnirom?

op5 camera will never be included in Omni because we don't ship any proprietary software, there is plan to support it, but no ETA

Not from Omni directly, but there are efforts in that direction, didn't have the time to test myself yet, but will do soon :) I would advise looking over Xda for such thing.

This is in my to-do list in the 2 weeks to come, as soon as I can tell you more, I promise I will, crawling under work, wish I could have done that earlier, I'm very aware that's a need, but I'm behind schedule on this, and I need to catch up (vacations, life, etc ...), stay tuned ;)

I just tested an OOS camera port for op5, it works fine on my latest build, I can't publish the source (I actually don't remember when it was, and it's still a wip afaik), next weekly should solve a lot of issues :)

Does the fingerprint scanner work with a custom ROM like this one for example?
