I tweaked the instructions from Creamofwhale. I had to update these since you have to wipe the phone now. Another benefit to following these instructions is that you don't need to fill out some form. (No offense.)

    You Need:
    1) Android SDK Tools. Located here.
    2) TeamWin Recovery Project (TWRP. Located here.
    3) SuperSU. Located here.
    4) Universal Windows ADB Driver. Located here.

    Instructions
    1. Download all above.
    2. Install ADB Drivers.
    3. Install Android SDK. (By default it will install to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Android” on a X64 Windows 7 or greater PC.)
      1. Launch SDK Manager
      2. Install Android SDK Platform-tools
    4. Move the TWRP recovery image to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools” and rename it to “recovery”
    5. Enter fastboot mode on your phone.
      1. Turn the phone off. Hold volume up + power until the "fastboot" screen appears. Now plug your phone into your computer.
    6. Open the command prompt on your PC.
      1. Go to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools”
      2. Type "adb version" to make sure it is installed correctly. If it displays "Android Debug Bridge version x.x.xx" it is working.
      3. Issue the command "fastboot oem unlock
        1. The phone will wipe itself and reboot.
        2. Once phone boots it will optimize installed Apps.
      4. Let the phone boot up.
      5. Copy SuperSU to your phone or just download it from your phone. Remember where you put it.
      6. Once the phone powers up completely turn off the phone and enter fastboot mode again.
      7. Issue the command "fastboot boot recovery.img"
      8. Give TWRP about 30 secs to boot up on your phone
    7. On your phone you should now see the TWRP screen.
      1. From within TWRP click install and find the zip file for SuperSU and install it. You need press the “Swipe to flash” option at the bottom of the screen.
      2. Wipe Cache/Dalvik
      3. Reboot System
    8. Once phone boots it will optimize installed Apps.
    9. Verify that SuperSu is an installed app, if it isn’t you need to download SuperSU from the Google Play Store and reboot again. (This happened to me one time.)
    10. COMPLETE

Thats the user-made way! This is the seni-automatic one! All you have to do is copy some files and open a file to boot recovery

No not yet. I've downloaded the files but I will wait to see how others get on first. Also CM11S seem to have most of the features that one would have to root a phone for by default, so I don't mind wait for a bit.
