Is there any way I can root my OPT with Mac OSX? I want Boeffla and for that I need to unlock my bootloader and root plus flash TWRP. Is there a way I can root with Mac OSX since .exe files don't work with Mac so the Android Toolbox thingy doesn't work.

On OSX you don't have to install any USB driver prior to this procedure
The topic which is the reference to flash bootloader, root and everything is
    https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/...-custom-recovery-root-efs-backup-more.345478/

    1/ Enable USB Debugging

--> Check the first post of the topic linked above

    2/ Install Homebrew

Homebrew is a package management tool like you can find many with Linux.
    http://brew.sh/

    3/ Install ADB & Fastboot
Within a terminal window type :
    brew install android-platform-tools

Plug your phone on your Mac and verify&entitle your computer
    adb devices

You will be prompted on your phone to authorize your Mac to run ADB commands on it.
    Accept.

You will then see your device in the list.

    4/ Backup your phone
    adb backup -all -f <backupfilenameofyourchoice>

    5/ Unlock bootloader
--> Check the first post of the topic linked above

    6/ Download TWRP for OP2
    https://dl.twrp.me/oneplus2/

7/ Download Last release of SuperSU (zip)
    http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=64161125&postcount=3

8/ Flash stock recovery with TWRP & boot the new bootloader

--> Check the first post of the topic linked above
Don't boot the OS on the phone as it will overwrite the recovery

    9/ Install SuperSU zip

--> Check the first post of the topic linked above

    Well that should be ok.
I did not root my OP2, I just installed CM13 + gapps at the 9/ Step.

The steps provided are very good and detailed. I have a Mac and find it easy since you do not need any specific driver installation.

If you just want to root and not install a custom recovery for any reasons:

Once you unlock the bootloader, boot into fastboot mode.

    $ fastboot boot trwp-recovery.img

    Flash the SuperSU.zip
Reboot and you are back with stock recovery.

Though there is no real need for stock recovery over TWRP
