    I don't know if this is going to be paid somehow, but I don't see Apple doing this. Not at all.

    I have no idea, perhaps they are still beta testing them? Use a helmet just in case. :D

    Will Apple name this service "SkyNet"? it only takes a couple satellites to triangilate your position. How will location data be preserved and can you turn off the satellite connection?Also how can you know your connection is truly off? I'm a privacy advocate not a tin foil conspiracy theorists. But the truth is,even if this service costs no money, it's not free. Also can companies like Apple, Samsung,and Google start giving futuristic names to their handheld computers with a phone app..I think it's time. I mean there are more versions of the iPhone then there are of sequels of the movie Bloodsport,starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. Just saying
