My neighbours are criminals and one of my ex staff was also criminal (eventually I get to know) and was involved with them and after I fired him, he has shared some personal information which he was secretly gathering behind my back and they have hired hackers and they have hacked my wifi and security cameras and also trying to hack my OnePlus phone, and the local authority is doing nothing regarding this.... Please help...!!!!

Have you thought about changing your passwords. Using 2 factor authentication where possible as well.

Reset your router/modem... Change the password on your router/moden... Activate 2FA on services that support it and change your passwords on all sites.

Close/set up a firewall as well. Maybe look into a router with Mac filtering as well and only allow your devices.

Have tried all, but still again they are trying to get into all my smart devices at home, as they were doing this for long and recently I get to know about this, and as they gathered many info, so even I am not using that wifi anymore, I still doubt that they are still trying to get into my phone by mobile data, network and other means...

Mobile data would be tricky for them to do. Unless they installed malicious apps.

Yes, even after applying and increasing all the firewall, and even after using mac filter and ip address filter, and even after using both black list and white list they still able to get into my wifi routers as they are nearby and using specialised hacking equipments and they are after me and spend all times and together using every tech friends they are trying their best to put me and everything down, they are also using Port scan to attack my devices, even creating fake traffics and access points and even cloning my devices mac addresses and connecting their wireless access point routers to mine...

And as I am not using the local area wifi and using 4G Routers they easily able to cause many mischief, like breaking, bugging or blocking the signal, and by the way just now while I was typing my previous reply they somehow blocked the signals of all devices, maybe to stop me from getting help(and I suspect, they can see and hear everything on my devices) can you tell how at once they manage to block the 4G signals of same carrier and sometimes even different carriers at the same time...

Signal blocking can only be done with a interference source. Which is highly illegal.

And the tricky part is that the ex staff (who was criminal and I fired him) that only help me and and his friend who is a security camera tech. I installed security cameras (NVR) from them only and connected my router to it, and they told me to use IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud) by wu peilin App to watch the live stream of the cameras, and my phone security app has detected abnormal activity and also that it sends data to unknown location, and after this incident only all the hacking things are happening, can you please tell me about this app...

For now I would recommend disconnecting the cameras and make sure the router is protected before you add any smart devices to it again. Make sure to also change the admin accounts on the router
