Samsung vs Oneplus

Variable refresh rate would be the best solution.. OxygenOS would automatically switch between 90hz and 60hz depending on usage.. Apple does this on their iPad with 120hz display, it works.

That is optimization, which is always welcomed.
60Hz for video playback, camera app, other fullscreen apps that are 60fps capped.
90Hz for system UI, apps like browsers, communication etc where scrolling is important, or games that can benefit from 90Hz screen

The same goes with resolution - if video source is 1080p or lower - automatic switch to HD mode.

    I'm sure that they'll get there :)

No, it hasn't. Camohan (or any moderator for that matter) has absolutely no instructions to close negative threads. Moreover, constructive negative feedback does not lead to warnings. You are well aware of the forum rules, as they have been explained to you multiple times, so the fact that you're stating otherwise just seems misleading.

    Easy.
    Software/root/custom roms? Repair prices? OnePlus.
Best camera, features, themes, One UI, etc? Samsung. Note 9. The S10/S10+ hole is ugly. It's a disgrace. I wouldn't buy that thing. The notches were annoying when consuming content. The teardrop notch was a bit more tolerable. But now you have a hole IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR CONTENT? Always? No. Just no. I am sorry, but that won't fly.

Honestly, if it wasn't for OxygenOS and the easy root, cheap repairs, I would have bought a used Note 9. But if I do that, the Knox would trip as soon as I root and boom goes my warranty. My girlfriend loves her Samsung, and it just works... she doesn't use root modules and whatever. Yes, she has a Note 9 as well.

    yes.
on paper it's a very powerful phone.
in practice, not yet, at least in gaming.
when you pay so.much for the phone for it is, it better do its job right in every department.
so what the fanatics are telling is not true.

there is an option inside for changing back to 60 Hz.
so that's a good thing OnePlus has provided to the customers.

2K gaming is insanely hardware demanding on both PC and mobile. Apple could pull it off with their chips, but that's a whole another price range. This is just where Android chips are at the moment. And been, for quite a while.

Exactly, so why say what you did?, the camera is clearly better on the S10+, better HDR, Superior Wide-angle camera and overall better processing, better slow-mo mode and video recording.

Not really seen as it knocks down to 1080P automatically on 1080p activities, which is basically the most of the test.
Don't listen to the cheerleader seek the facts the test is stacked as always from Mr who.
MKBHD has already said battery life is not good with him seeing a 2-3 hr difference in a real world scenarios.

    What about the

    P30 Pro
    P30
    Picel 3
    Pixel 3 Xl
