Easy: Samsung provides the OLED panels so they get the same OLED problems. I'm guessing you owned a few Sammy devices that had this exact same problem yet didn't learn a thing from them?

Yes, get it fixed at a service center if applicable. That's the only thing you can do at this point other than live with it.

You might also wanna get your screen fixed anyway, those cracks look bad.

    Hi Team,

Been using OnePlus for 5-6 yrs and I have recently upgraded to OnePlus 7, and lately I am seeing some screen burn marks on the screen. I afraid this could be permanent, as for now if I restart it's going away but being this a new phone I would like to replace if this is some hardware issue. If this is software issue pls tell me wat to do.

Attached is the screenshots with the burn marks

Open a support ticket. That display is faulty. From my experience with customer service, you'll be rather pissed off then felt being taken care of. :(

OMG. I have some screen problems with other Samsung devices.. Since I often use the phone for qyto website so it is very important to me. I'm a little afraid that my current phone OnePlus 7 pro just came to an end (ಥ﹏ಥ)

Screen burn does not show on screen captures. So this is not a display issue. It is software related.
    Try to reboot your device

Rebooting is solving the issue but it reappeared twice now. I am not sure but my hunch is this due to heat from charging
