I am facing screen burn issue because of pubg
That's not good, time to replace the display...
Well,it's not a physically caused damage.so,will they replace the display under warrenty??
Nope! A warranty covers manufacturer defects. Burn-in is caused by you, so you will have pay for the repair.
No it won't, the burn in is caused by to much PUBG gaming... you will have to pay
k broz...thanks for replying
hii broz....my screen burn issue has been solved.Display has been changed and it got claimed under warranty.
Exactly what do you mean by burning....bcuz i can see on my screen ,at night, right half of screen is too dark and somewhat red tint....actually nothing can be seen when you open camera app at night
Did i say i captured?....or did i say it was completely dark?
Neither..... Very vague & ambiguous
when i am using mobile at night and when night mode is ON ....I can see red tint appearing in the right half of my screen, not visible in daylight.
Burn in, also known as ghosting, is when a static image is left on a specific spot for a long time, creating the impression of that image on the display and has to be replaced. Has nothing to do with night mode.
Now it makes sense. Night mode is just a visual screen effect to reduce blue light that your eyes see. It does not affect the camera lens at all.
I too see the reddish tint but adjust your night mode settings to reduce it. It's not an issue as with night mode switched off at night the screen via camera app appears fine
First thing....I am not talking about camera lens.
The problem is....When i turn on night mode ,the right half of my screen appears to have red tint somwtimes and becomes totally black(not the default grey) and left half is grey.
The easy way to reproduce is bu using camera app. When i open camera app in the dark area when there's minimal light...when i point the lens to the light such that light is covered by right half of phone..it looks dull...like something happened to screen
when light is covered by left area of phone..it looks normal.
so generally during night...this is encountered frequently when i open YouTube...i can see theres no grey colour to right of screen and left side has default grey colour of app.
Hope you understood.
Ok..... That's something else. Screen burn is when you have a faint permanent picture of something else superimposed
Sounds like screen uniformity issues to me.
