Using 90Hz on QHD seems to trigger it, as with 60hz I haven't noticed it. On the opposite, at 1080p I don't seem to notice it at 90Hz. Was the same was on the last OnePlus 7 Pro Android 11 Open Beta 1. On the latest Open Beta 2 now.
