SoniaB , Dec 3, 2020 : You would need to check your extended warranty policy to see what it covers. However, if flashing the software build with full data wipe or a factory reset did not fix the issue then the repair centre/support should at least take your device in for a diagnostic in case there is internal hardware fault causing the issue. It might or might not be covered by your extended warranty. If they can identify the issue and extended warranty does not cover any repair then you would need to pay for repair
