Screen flashing and flickering. via OnePlus 7

    Lucygray , via OnePlus 7 , Dec 2, 2020 :
    Screen is continuously flickering nd flashing when the call comes. Also during the lock screen and phone switch on nd off time. Can anybody help me?

    Even they don't know what to do! They were helpless. Changed software also then also problem persists.

    Then it's totally their fault then.. if it's un-repairable then ask for replacement..

    Warranty period is over and now extended warranty is going on. So replacement is not possible.

    Then they should be as part of extended warranty taking your device for full diagnostic. Have you contacted OnePlus support direct?

    You would need to check your extended warranty policy to see what it covers.
    However, if flashing the software build with full data wipe or a factory reset did not fix the issue then the repair centre/support should at least take your device in for a diagnostic in case there is internal hardware fault causing the issue.

    It might or might not be covered by your extended warranty. If they can identify the issue and extended warranty does not cover any repair then you would need to pay for repair
