    Yash Pratap Singh. , Feb 22, 2021 :
It clearly looks like you have damaged the screen due to mishandling of the TV.
OnePlus Warranty doesn't cover this user-created issues.
You should place a service request on the OnePlus Care App by the following steps-
    1. Download OnePlus Care app by clicking here
    2. Find Serial number on the box of the TV or in TV Settings and register your TV on the app
    3. Raise a Service/Repair request
    4. A service number will be given and a technician will be assigned
The rest will be taken care of by the OnePlus Service centre! But you'll have to pay for repair if technician also confirms that it is due to your physical damage to the TV.
    Thanks!

Please refrain yourself in clearly posting everything in one post rather than replying to the thread like a whatsapp chat, so that we understand what exactly is your issue. Also, use the reply option for conversation so that it's clear whom you are responding to and even the other person gets a notification.

Just mail won't be sufficient.. Raise a service ticket through OnePlus care app like @Yash Pratap Singh. mentioned and then wait for the technician to visit.

As you have raised a complaint through OnePlus Care App, wait for couple of days for any update from them. Keep checking the OnePlus Care App if it shows any update. Technician will be assigned and they will check and confirm if the screen issue is due to physical damage or not and let you know about the repair status based on your warranty.
