Redownload the rom and reflash. Mount your phone via twrp to transfer files.

Actually I don't remember the version of twrp and gapps but the rom is Sultan Backon CM 13 with 6.x.x. ... since i have done this first time I am an amateur in this.
    The steps are:
    downloaded the update.
Then when click on the option update, the robooting process started.
From then, the screen hasn't started the screen is just flashing on and off.

This is the link of the update I just applied for your information..

long press power button until it switches off
then once its off press volume down+ power button
in recovery wipe everything except internal storage+otg
look for the older rom in the phone, not the new update
    flash the older rom
    flash gapps
    wipe dalvik+cache
    reboot

If recovery mode is gone it looks like you soft bricked it so press the power button for about 40 seconds until the phone vibrates then press power button and Volumen up. When it boot s into fastboot mode download an older twrp Version Not 3.x.x.x-x which are very buggy and download ADB and SDK files and install it then run the command :fastboot flash recovery./xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx wherever you installed it on the pc. Then press power button until it vibrates and then press Volumen down and power button.
You will bot into recovery now just copy the full Rom from the PC and flash it CLEAN that means also with system wipe, and you are good to go

    @anshukg

    Thank you for this suggestion:
"if you are using TWRP do not select "ROOT" option, when it says your device doesn't seem to be rooted"
it fixed my problem of boot-loop.
