Screen wake and LED issues. Sep 22, 2015

    Hi guys,

    Had my OPT since last Thursday and loving it to be honest! Only 2 bugs I've got is the screen doesn't 'wake' when I recieve text messages nor does the LED notification light flash when I recieve any messages, emails etc.

    Tried hard resets etc but still nothing.

    Any advice? (And not, send the phone back!)

    I don't think it's standard for your phone to wake when you receive notifications, that's what the LED is for. However, I currently use Lightflow to control my per app LED settings and there is an option to wake the screen if you would like.
    You could also try another txt messaging app. I use Textra and it also has option to control both.

    Ok thank you for the reply, I have managed to get the LED notification working (factory reset). Maybe im used to Samsungs waking when a text comes through.
