Scrolling is like wobbly jelly, like your scrolling under water, like vsync is disabled which is awful, also stutters a lot amd screen latency isn't 100% responsive.

I see the same thing. I thought this was an animation while scrolling. But it shows everywhere. The scrolling is not so smooth as in other OnePlus devices. This might be due the fact they improved touch latency. But I am not an engineer and would really hope for removal of this jitter, stutter, lag like jelly while scrolling.

Yep. There is no unseeing this. Definitely a bug I think. Hopefully, it is not like the infamous Yellow Screen of OnePlus One.

Also happens with horizontal scrolling. I use the imgur app and you have slide to next, very noticeable.

This is definitely one of the biggest issues that I'm concerned with as well. Please fix it :/

Are all devices affected? Or only 64GB? I have 64GB and I see the wobbling effect as well.

The new update, v4.5.3, has not addressed this issue either. The more I deal with it, the more I am convinced it has to do with input tracking when they were trying to deal with their touch latency issues.

With the OP3/3T, the effect would feel like skidding over ice where your finger would stop and the screen kept sliding until it caught enough traction to stop and move in the opposite direction. The Betas fixed this issue.

With the OP5, it's more of a rubber band effect. The screen responds quickly to input changes, but not in a uniform manner. The part closest to the input change adjusts first, and the rest follows in a deceleration/acceleration fashion.

It reminds me of some launcher animations, but I don't think this should be the intended effect since the OP3/3T acts perfectly.

To me the screen stutters on slow scrolling, almost as if you're dragging it on something. Needs fixing
