10.5.4 is an official rom by OnePlus.
OnePlus updater is not an official app. It is a third party app which pulls the update from OnePlus servers.

Don't worry. It is safe and won't harm the device.

But in future, wait for the OTA instead of using oxygen updater, since you seem to be worried about it.

Yes. You can get all updates via OTA in future.
And it might have been disabled. Why do you need it though?

Sure you get all futures update over OTA, even when you once installed through Oxygen Updater.

Have you tried to restart your phone and after that *#800#?

I guess it is because Nord uses the Google dialer. I am able to use that code in my oneplus dialer but not the Google dialer.

There is always a way but check first

Did a OnePlus employee asked you to take a log because you need *#800*?

You have to tell me the version number of the dailer app, it's under settings->app and notifications->dailer->advanced (if it's called that in the english UI)
