Sent SMS once, delivered to another phone three times, operator T-Mobile Czech Republic Oct 10, 2020

After today update OS11, with the T-Mobile Czech republic operator, if the VoLTE function is switched on, when sending an SMS, it will be delivered to the second phone three times in about 3 minutes in a row, if I turn off VoLTE, send an SMS and deliver once. I have O2 Czech Republic in the second slot and it's ok there.
The same problem that has already been fixed was previously with the OnePlus NORD.
