    Have you tried getting it checked at a service center? It's not impossible that it's a hardware issue.

    Let's hope for a solution. In cases like this it might be possible to ask for extended replacement windows if it were to expire under lockdown. Maybe call or email your closest service center to see if they can do something. Would not be good if it turns out to be a hardware issue and time expires

    I had a conversation with Amazon, they are ready to replacement but they are asking for the service Denial letter from OnePlus

    A service center should be able to provide you with that I assume. I they can't I can help with forwarding your matter so someone with better insight can take care of the matter.

    Due to lockdown all services centers are closed for 15 days, Amazon gave me 8 days of time.

    None of them have staff working from home so they can respond to calls or email? Even if they can't do physical work on phones all the paperwork should still be possible to do.
    Contacting Oneplus via chat or phone might help in resolving this.
