Serious issue with my OnePlus 9pro via OnePlus 7

    Recently I bought OnePlus 9 pro, but today when I'm watching Netflix suddenly my screen got glitch and my mobile stopped working for 5mins, no button is working and nothing. Don't know what is this problem, is anyone facing the same issue . What is this.

    The service centre is the only way available as the return window is closed.

    I'm in the UK so my process was obviously different to you, I also didn't purchase from OnePlus but a mobile network instead. It seems strange they are advising to go to a service centre when as you say, we are all pretty much in a worldwide lockdown right now.

    Can you add your source of purchase? Amazon or OnePlus store?
    If your device is an Amazon purchased one, you can return it or apply for a replacement in the orders section of your account.
    If it's brought from OnePlus Online store, you can apply for RMA in the My orders section.,
    Do note that the return period is usually 15 days from delivery of the device.

    I talked with Amazon team, they are asking to provide service denied letter from OnePlus to get replacement.
