Well it's your loss if you aren't prepared to accept you got a faulty phone and you just need to try another OnePlus 6. There is no way you can argue that a iPhone 6 is better than a OnePlus 6 without sounding like an iSheep. You can do yourself a favour a be a little objective when comparing the two phones.

Haha. It probably is the situation. But it is certainly a reputability issue if a company cant sustain a certain quality within all of its product.s

It is not a matter of chance to return the product. It is your right within the two weeks of purchase. Perhaps in some countries where the customer protection laws are not strong someone can get away with selling you a faulty device but not in Denmark.

I am sure most phones are better than iphone 6. I also dont like it myself. But it surprises me how well it stands the time and how it still survives eventhough my toddler has been throwing it around the house like a ball and finally how i can still sell it today for at least the same price i bought it second hand; 1,5 years ago...

many unnecessary issues and threads arise for users and their ignorance. I do not say that every piece of the phone is perfect. when I saw a video I'm hoping that my one works the way it is.

I paid for flagship android phones of samsung and LG up until 2014. When my expensive samsung S5 died on me for no reason in the middle of our trip in the US(motherboard burned and the warranty refused to replace it since i bought it from malaysia); i was silently observing my wifes iphone 4s, still working like the first day after 3 years. I noted; but being an android fan; kept on going mid range cheap android phones a few more years. In 2016 i got my first iphone after seeing my neighbor selling theirs for very cheap;( by that time my wife still was using her same 4s.) I used that iphone recklessly for anyting from sailing to many 20 hour drivings with screen on all the time. It is still alive and kicking. I respect that. I dont want to spend $1000 on an iphone; but neither i would be silent when i pay $700 for an android phone and got such a device. it is a little bit insane.

really i dont care about snapdragon whatever. why do you care? and what do you do with it? I genuinely wonder.
i need a phone that doesnt lag which is also reliable.

I absolutely over the moon with my OP6. I've not experienced any of the issues the OP has. As others say maybe you had a defective product but as you don't seem to care what we say and you already decided to send it back there's nothing more to say.

Seems you had made your mind up from the moment you opened the box!

    All the best.

That's just a minority of people who don't know how to run their mobiles.Ive tried all the updates for this device and have had zero issues.People with battery issues need to take some action, not OnePlus fault if they use Facebook all day on full brightness using gps, mobile data and wifi.I say update to latest version, factory reset, clear cache and turn off the stuff you don't use then you will have no problems whatsoever
