Does!Compute , May 15, 2020 : Try rebooting your device. And do state your Oxygen OS version when you have queries, as it helps others help you out better.

It takes time to open coz you should be logged into your OnePlus account in the settings app. If you wish to try turn off the wifi and mobile data it opens as quick as a SUPER DUKE 1290.
