Shadow Screen, help!

    I have a problem with my screen and it appears as a shadow of an application on the screen, reboot, formatting and does not disappear, some way to disappear the shadow?

    screenshot and look at it from another device. if you see it, it's a software problem. wipe it uninstall the app.

    if you don't, it's a hardware problem. RMA it.

    The problem is that I take screenshot and that shadow does not come out, I do see it with my eyes, it's right in the upper left corner of the screen, below the notifications LED

    Try to capture with other mobile if it is possible otherwise you must visit a service center or mobile repair shop near you... So they can tell what is exactly.

    It might be a case of screen burn-in. It happens with AMOLED Screens sometimes.

    It looks a case of screen burn in to me from photo. Still get it checked once if possible.
    as far as I know, it cannot be fixed unfortunately . Live with it or change display.
