    Nono, Germany!

    I see, can 100% relate.

I have root, but well, it's not the same as being an internal solution, but I can recommend Always on Amoled as an app, that works good, but has got some bugs with rooted devices.

    Perfect!!! :D

I still won't download, as I got...well rooting is a hassle with A/B devices such as the 6T. 5T was much easier too root. No TWRP new installation, no twrp reboot needed, multiple zips could be flashed, now it's completely different.

while connected to the Bluetooth earphone the sound automatically starts coming from the speaker of the phone and even after selecting the media output as Bluetooth earphone the sould still comes from speaker. the only option to overcome this issue is select your measia output to phone and then again to Bluetooth output.

Absolutely! Nothing like a feature deeply integrated into the system.

I can try since mine isn't rooted. But how's the battery life?

Depends, I get around 6-8hrs of fairly heavy use! 4 CPU cores are disabled though.

You get 6 to 8 hours of SoT even with that AoD app?! Or am I missing something?

No no! Without the AOD app, I have uninstalled it, as I said, there are some bugs with root. The app force closes in the background, or I am doing something wrong.

Ok. Ok. That's why I was surprised. An app can never give that much battery life. Only a system level integration can make AoD feasible. I am absolutely ok with losing 10 to 15 % battery over a period of 12 hours with AoD.

That would be amazing if you'd loose only 10-12%. The s8 lost A LOT more.

    @Manu J.
Camera pop up on video calls.
Can you give us an option to "disable auto pop up on receiving video calls"? So that camera pops up on answering the video call only?
Many a times when I receive video calls, the camera is already in the popped up state when I take out the phone from my pants pocket!

Actually, I would be willing to lose 20 to 25 % in 12 hours ( 2.5% an hour) for a good AoD.

Unfortunately, no app can give me that. The ones I tested use up much more.

Well, root it the fix to this, as the app doesn't have to light up the display, it just shows the black color, that doesn't use much battery(Black color uses about -50mA still!) and works plenty fine. Doze mode is the option.

I just hope we get AoD in the next Beta. Then we won't have to bother about apps.

I'd like improved video recording for next pro model - both normal and more specific the slow motion setting. Until next year, it should be able to pull off 720/960 FPS with decent pixels... 240/480 is alright and fun, but not too great. 2nd thing i would not mind for a pro model flagship device would have to be a slightly increased focus making it ready for an IP68 rating alike.

Overall I love the OnePlus 7 Pro (upgraded from the OnePlus 3T) and haven't had any issues. The only feature I miss from my 3T is the actual LED notification dot/light. I didn't realize that the amazing all glass front on the 7 Pro wouldn't have the LED notification and it's the one thing I miss the most. I have to use the display (tap or raise it) to see if I have any new notifications.

Just wanted to voice my opinion, I would very much like to see an Always On Display in the OnePlus 7 Pro. One of the few features that I really feel like I'm missing on the phone.

Hi guys, any idea about when should we expect a fix to the gost gestures issue? this is driving me crazy... After using OnePlus 3T and 6 with such an amazing user experience, it is a bit disappointing to face this issue in my brand new OnePlus 7 Pro. Hope OnePlus can get this and other issues asap...
