I already saw the xiaomi mi 11 review. There is a good performence improvment overall but in the camera shots there isn't a big improvment, atleast with the mi 11, will the new OnePlus devices do better?

Generally the Snapdragon 800 series is known for its speed and processing capacity which is deemed to be enough for most multi-tasking that a phone has to handle.Even people tend to more mid-range chipset rather than flagship. So,what is the concept by the company upon this?On what basis will the future flagship chipset would be distinguished to the mid-range chipset?

I have one question regarding ISP smooth zoom.

    My question for you is:-
Will the SD888 will be able to change camera focal length as smoothly as like iPhones? If yes, then why Mi11 couldn't do that? It was noticed by Youtuber Dave Lee(popularly known as Dave 2D)

If it can smoothly change the cameras focal length than please kindly work closely with OnePlus for the utilisation of that feature!

Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 is said to provide support for 3 years of Android updates and 4 years of security updates.
What does this mean for future OnePlus's phones ?
Can we expect faster updates for phones in their 2nd or 3rd year, or are we gonna see more Android updates coming to future phones ?

    Hello @Cisco

    My question is:

Where do you see an advantage for a random user using 5G with your chipset?
i still can t find a reason to buy a 5G phone right now, despite of longer ping times for gamers i can t see a "Killer app" , which would make me or most oher users pay the higher price for a 5 G phone.
i hope you can explain me and others, why should we buy your product, where s our advantage, the killer application which needs 5g to work with?

My Question to @Cisco is, How a normal user can feel the difference between SD 888& SD 865 in day to day tasks considering the fact that SD 865 is still pretty powerful in almost every aspects.

Eagerly waiting to hear from you!

My question for @Cisco. How has Qualcomm managed to engineer the Spectra 580 ISP to capture three 4k HDR videos simultaneously in the 888 compared to the previous ISP in the 865 snapdragon chipset 😵?

The newer chipsets in recent times (apart from the 5G upgrade) have been seen as a "dull" upgrade, with only small enhancements each time.

With this being a big jump, what exactly does the 888 bring in terms of true performance

Hey @Cisco. I was curious about the implementation of the ISP Smooth Zoom feature with SD 888, what new does the SD 888 Brings to make it possible? Also, why does Mi 11 does not have this feature yet? Are there any limitations for its implementation?
