    Same here: still waiting for info on my phonecases order. I find it stange since my earlier orders didn't gave any problems. It seems black Friday gave them too much tot do! :-(

    I ordered 3 flipcovers on the 10th of december, but still no tracking available or delivery. My aunt ordered an OPO last monday and her shipment is allready on it's way. Where are my flipcovers??? :-( (I live in the Netherlands, just like my aunt by the way).

    I think you should start a ticket, does it say 'null' at tracking info? If so what is in front of the 'null'?

    Nada.... Nothing...... Not even the NULL which might suggest a database error.

    I'm getting pretty pissed. I had to wait untill the 12th of january before I could officially complain about not having received my package. Then they tell me they will resend within 2 days and send me the tracking code. When I complain on the 3rd of february about not having gotten any trackincode let alone my package, no reply. When I complain again on the 6th, they tell me that the "allready" send it on february 6th, giving me a tracking code of an unknown carrier..... That's probably the last OnePlus I'm risking to buy if they treat customers like that.

    Null means that your package has been shipped and OPO doesn't add track & trace when sending out accessoires. I think they only ship the phone with track & trace. Soo.. just be patient, it'll arrive :D

    EDIT: and it can take up to 30 days. If by that time you haven't received your package, you can contact support.

    I encountered the same exact problem about a month ago.
    I contacted OPO and asked them to see what was going on but they couldn't really give me any answer.

    Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is to be patient and wait a little longer =(
