Shipping Address Issue

    Anyone else from the U.S. who ordered their phone recently have an error that says:

    Even though my phone is sitting in my cart, since I'm having this error it's still showing my invite as unclaimed. I've tried several different addresses in the United States and they all produce this error. Could they be having issues with the carrier in the U.S. at the moment due to the new policy requiring a signature upon receipt? of the package?

    Input from an Admin would be especially appreciated. I've already submitted a support ticket as well. I'm just afraid I'll love my invite if I don't get this resolved soon. :(

    i had this on the german shop as well... changed in the us-shop, and ordered to germany, worked for me, let`s hope that i recieve the phone :)

    The have many sites.
    oneplus.net/uk
    oneplus.net/fr
    and so on.
    When you click on these sites and scroll to the bottom, you will see the respective country's flag. Change that to US flag if its not already that.

    I tried switching to the U.K. and back and still not working. Quite vexing!

    What do you mean? You mean on the OnePlus side? Something wrong with their site perhaps?

    Thanks for confirming that. I'm quite certain now that it's an issue on their side. I'm thinking maybe they didn't get the carrier setup correctly for the signature confirmation or something? Too bad it's 7:30pm in Hong Kong right now. That's probably going to burn a good 12 hours off my timer. :(

    We checked the flag. Tried multiple addresses, including one that's already been shipped to. No shipping options are even shown. I think maybe they are updating shipping methods to include signature verification. But that's only a guess.

    Aye! I think the same... I sure hope we're right and they get it resolved very very quickly. >.<

    Yeah, only thing to do now I suppose is try to get a few hours sleep, then try again in the fast approaching morning. :confused:

    Me too, we tried immediately, so he has 22 hours left, but with the time limit these issues are more stressful. I'm just glad to see this wasn't isolated to just him. That makes me more certain it's on their end.

    Indeed... I think it's dumb the timer keeps ticking after you've claimed it and especially after you've put it in your cart. :(

    You're in Oregon and we're in Washington, so that's a bit of a coincidence. Hopefully they haven't just abandoned shipping to the northwest!
