    Exactly same issue there ! I have ordered my OP3 with a sandstone case and a screen protector the 14th just few minutes after the launch and I'm stuck at "Pending Shipment".. It's really annoying. Keep me aware if your status update !

    Just made it in the Livechat. This was their main answer;
    When I asked what is the main reason, they could not tell me... When I told her I ordered the 15th of June and normally you have to wait 2-3 days, she said, ow, maybe it is shipped today...

    Not a very good performance! I'll hope the phone, when I ever get it, is better performing...

    Keep on waiting...............................

    Mine arrive today at home, Madrid (Spain).
    Ordered 14 on the Loop, Free Shipment. Departed next day from Poland. Arrive today monday (4 work days since departure).

    They would give you an estimated shipping date, usually for those ordering standard on 16th June the estimated shipping date should be 23rd June to arrive 27th. I think it depends on the number of orders being processed and whether they have enough stock available. I guess non standard orders get priority over those who paid extra for shipping. However, there have been cases of standard orders shipping quickly. It all depends on luck.

    I've ordered my OP3 on the evening of the launch but it's stil on processing. It's taking a little bit to long for the costs of 17 euro for the shipping :(

    Ordered on June 14 about 5-6 hours after the launch, selected standard shipping to Chicago.

    Phone shipped on Friday from Shenzen, arrived in Cincinnati this morning (about 15 minutes ago), but my shipment now says "on hold" in Cincinati.

    Ordered mine 50 min after loop went live and my bank rejected the order( because of the fraudulent name) so I had to repay for it the next day using Paypal. The website says that it is still pending, however after going on chat I am being told that it shipped (even though there is ZERO reference by DHL). At this point I think there just lying to everyone.

    Same boat here - though looks like the shipment is now "on hold" with DHL as it won't make it's estimated delivery date. Figured it would be Tuesday before they actually deliver.

    Ordered phone on Jun 14, 2016 8:18:18 PM, still on Pending Shipment. I mean WTF, I even paid for priority shipping and it has been 6 days since ordering. Very dissapointed with OnePlus tbh.
