Shipping the OnePlus 3

    Hi there,

    Since I'm new forum user I can't make new posts, so I ask about my OP3 order here:

    1. I purchased OP3 phones on launch day, 14. of June.

    2. Then I noticed that I could possibly get them directly where I live locally... but this info was not available in OP site or in local reseller's site before phone was available in OP online shop.... so I missed it.

    3. I decided to ask about possibility to cancel order 10 minutes later on 14. of June.

    4. I created a support ticket via Account/Custom Support/Support Ticket. Asked my question.

    5. It has been 2 days since, no answer in "My activities" where ticket shows up.

    6. Today is 16. of June and my order is supposed be shipped 17. of June...

    - So I would have liked to receive answer before items get shipped.

    - Is there faster way to contact customer support than support tickets?

    Seems like they are bit busy.

    I already paid naturally as I paid using Paypal, so it would be not so nice if items ship before I even get answer to my question.

    That's a bit unfair, I've not seen anyone apart from the people of the UK that still haven't received confirmation of their oneplus 3 being shipped. What would be the reason, delay in stock arrival?

    I spoke to a customer service and they said they can't cancel or refund any orders even if they haven't been shipped. They said either refuse the parcel and tell them to return it to the sender or accept it and tell oneplus you are going to be sending the item back, make sure you leave your invoice in there so they know who it's from

    Or take a picture of it or even a photocopy for proof u received it and if u decide to send it back to them after you've accepted it male sure you always get a proof of postage receipt, that's a must

    I just tried it, still no luck here. Did anyone try it who selected standard shipping and has not received an email or SMS from DHL?

    It's not, that's why you use shippers reference instead of tracking number on DHL's website.

    Anyway, it's not working for me. But I don't think the standard shipping to Finland uses DHL anyway, or at least it didn't when I bought the OP2.

    Mine's out for delivery, I think I get it in few hours, maybe minutes lol. Also with priority shipping. First ETA was 19.06., second 17.06., and surprise surprise I get it today. Less than 48hours from launch, the phone will be in my posession. Oneplus did an amazing job, wow.

    Was it shipped from Germany or China? (I guess Germany at that speed)
