While there is no shortage of answers to this question (remember Google is your friend or a quick search of these forums), but the answer is no, no custom's duty. 30$ shipping (includes all fees), plus taxes in your province (as also stated on the purchase page on the OnePlus Store).

As r4star already said, the only additional fees are shipping + the taxes in your province.
There are no additional fees than those stated in the checkout and if your delivery service charges you, you can contact OnePlus.
    AKA No custom duty fees.

Same for me. Two OPX, a OPO, and countless cases... never any duty or import charges.

I've just received my OPX and am located outside of Edmonton. A couple of things -

-my only shipping option was Priority, which meant UPS.
-the phone arrived in about 10 days.
-shipping was free. I was initially charged and then refunded since I ordered at the launch of the 'free shipping' promotion
-no extra duty or taxes were charged (at least not at delivery).

I'm waiting on my new sim card before I can fire this up so not sure how it all works yet. We'll see. But the phone looks beautiful, it attractively presented in high end packaging, and doesn't disappoint so far.

I paid customs for the OPO, they switched carriers and now I didn't pay customs for the OPX. Hope this helps.

It was around 30 bucks or so. Worth it :p
    Edit: UPS.
