    I ordered my OP3 with Karbon case and Screen Protector one June 16. Est delivery date Jul 5. Is this normal? (I live in Canada)

    I think it is. I didn't ordered, but went to checkout to see price with tax (600$ in QC). The order would take 8 days to fulfill, then add another delay for shipping, plus custom clearance, and July 1st is holiday and June 24th in QC also.

    I am in Toronto but i don't know if the payment would be an issue again. Can anyone confirm that paying through credit card was smooth and order is paid?

    Also 10 business days make sense and one of the staff said the estimated time is the longest of what you believe. And it depends on if it's priority or standard shipping

    (estimated dispatch date Jun 23, 2016) (order placed on June 16, 2016 2:21:24 AM BST)

    now it shows on OPO website
    Delivery by.... Jul 05, 2016

    Does not seems normal ... I opened a ticket with them will keep you posted

    I ordered right at launch and received it in 3 days on 17th.. Yours doesn't sound normal to me but then there might be too much demand after the first few minutes :p

    I ordered June 16th at 2am. Ordered the Oneplus 3, Karbon Case, and extra USB C Dash cable. At first it said it would be delivered by the 28th, but now it's changed to July 5th also. Every day I'm refreshing to see if maybe the date will change and it'll come sooner... :(

    I think most of our orders changed to July 5. Mine was to ship out on June 22. Now it's gone to June 30. I guess getting rid if invites now means oder the phone then the manufacture it.

    i prefer no invites and have to wait 5 more business days for shipment + a few more on customs part. Versus invites = 1 - 3 months wait.

    Same here in Vaughan. Ordered my OnePlus 3 at 1:00am on June 15. At first the estimated delivery date was June 28. Now it says July 2.

    I didn't experience any issues. I ordered on June 14th, and I received it on June 21st with a Sandstone case.

    - YES he did! Just waiting on posting of the transaction. but i do see my credit has already been increase back up. As shown within the picture below. Lucas L, Thanks for getting in here and solving the issue, 1 at a time. OnePlus Cusomter Support is better. ill vague for those who say the opposite!

    - Now waiting on website to be fixed (gateway/middle man). Software/firmware issue from what i have read in this thread. OnePlus should post back here or make a new sticky support thread saying the website payment methods 'has improved' ;) when it is done.

    Wow, lucky you! I have a support ticket that has been open for 3 days. They charged my credit card. Still no order re-appeared in "My Orders". So I'm out of $600, with no order. This sucks! :( Happy to hear your issue got resolved though. Congrats, enjoy the phone!
