OP6
Fresh snow.. lots of it ~25cm.
The first 7 pictures were taken mid afternoon when the sun was highest in the sky (typically not the best time yet at this altitude and time of year) it produced the best colour. No editing done on the pictures except compressed with YaImCo and cropped as needed.

This next picture was taken in the morning when the sun was just rising. Camera tended to produced a bluish tone and the colours looked more pastel.

Next 3 pictures were taken one after the other in the mid morning, shortly after the morning shot above.
Below, I just wanted to illustrate the importance of light and how white balance (WB) places a role.
1. Pro mode auto.

The snow had artificial blue in it compared to reality so I altered the WB . Next is iso 100 (same for all) and WB of 7500k

It tone down the blue in the snow (bottom left corner) more like reality. Yet resulted in a warmer colour to it. Can you tell the golden look to it?
3. Same iso ,lowered the WB (enhance golden but not too strong yellow tone ) to 6100k.

This setting provided even more of a golden glow yet the snow was closest to the colour in reality. No artificial blue. Meanwhile, it did give the golden glow of that golden hour and enhance the wood colour.
Remember to have fun exploring the settings in different light conditions.
