Looks like you are doing something right. It's a nice pictures, the composition and you can see the fog. Yes, it is a bit tricky with the mist (fog) and the amount of light to get that clear shot. It's hard to tell here what it looks like on the device vs when uploaded to the website due to compression. Here are a couple of suggestions:
    1. Use YaImCo to compress your pictures. It was developed by a community member @hennes with the help of many key photographers around here. The nice thing is it preserves the quality of the picture during compression.
    2. When you use YaImCo, upload the pictures on the web browser (not the app). This way the picture is only compressed once.
    3. If there is a low light situation, use a tripod or remember the timer function. This helps reduce the movement that may happen when touching the screen. Honestly, the timer function is easily forgot. I forgot about it when I finally saw the Auroras. :);)
Look forward to seeing more pictures.

For the Contest, add your 3 pictures about water in all shapes/states to this thread. You should read the first post carefully with all info.

In the photography section we have the monthly January thread, to post all other pictures of the current month.

    Have fun, script

I'm sorry, i meant „full image“. I have that option, when I post pictures via the browser. That way, the pictures are shown as pictures, not as links, in the thread.

    Like this:

    Screenshot_20200114-084521(1).jpg

    Second left, button „Full Image“.

You should be able to edit your posts, if you want, and change from „link“ to „full image“.

    Just for your info.

Very nice answer, better than my usual short „read the first post“ posts:)
