script, Apr 30, 2018 : cover photo taken by @otto1_senior from here Hello there, This is our new monthly Shot on OnePlus thread, to hold all your best photos, videos and other media that were taken with your OnePlus phone, as a heir of our greatest Mega photography thread. Starting with this post Shot on OnePlus - April, 2018 something special happened last month. Some of the most enthusiastic and talented forum photographers suddenly started a journey. Or a friendly battle? A challenge? Anyway. They tried constantly to post and edit something better than the previous post. They talked about editing and gave tips to each other. Really, really great inside views into smartphone photography. Worth a read! Taking better pictures is all about learning, and in the last monthly thread there's a lot to learn. The great landscape contest is over, winners will be announced very soon. I am sure, I will win this time. At least, experience. Personally I would love to see only unedited pictures in a contest. On the other hand, photography is an art, and as an artist you have every right to design your photo as you want it to be. Difficult decision. Photography does not show reality, its always only a certain part of it, one, that the photographer sets. So, keep on editing. But please don´t lie;-) Hm, there was one thing left, what was it, it has to do with something that is coming soon. New Emily clip? New Tesla? A new raffle? Hmmmmm. Ah, now I know. OnePlus presents the 6. Let me reveal a secret. It will be very very good. Can´t wait to take the first pics with it, and show off them here. I have heard things about it - you would never believe. Until the 16th of May in Europe, and much later in the rest of the world. Lets rock!!!!! Ready to go? Great! Share your best work with us, and let us know which phone was used and camera settings or filters used as it may help our friends on the forum. (ex. OnePlus 5T Stock camera - HDR, OnePlus One - Camera FV5 - iso 100 - 1/6 shutter) If you are a Community app user, please note that the app will automatically resize your photo. If you are a Community website user, please note that file sizes may be to large to post as size is limited to 2mb in which case you'll have to shrink your image size. Photo & Picture Resizer and Snapseed both are great apps from play store to resize photos. Check here to learn more about How to upload photos. Alright, we're good to go. Can't wait to see your best shots! Cheers, script Notice: Please note that single photo threads opened elsewhere on the forum will be merged with this thread.
