Back in the 1990s, when I had started off with geography in junior school, I had been presented with a little globe. Finding out the countries of the world was my favourite pastime on that colourful blue sphere. As I spent hours deciding where I would like to visit, I soon found out a game: spinning the globe and trying to stop it abruptly with one of my small fingers, with the country where my finger rested being the destination for my next fantasy trip. Often the globe would roll off the table or hit against something getting a dent or some paint being peeled off. I also had a set of colour pencils that were required to draw diagrams in school. The pencils could be sharpened by a sharpener. I would try to restore some of the lost paint by pasting tiny paper pieces coloured by those color pencils.

Needless to say I've managed to rest my fingers in nearly every country of the world by the time I reached high school. But for all my mental escapades, I'm yet to visit any of the coveted countries !

Here are the possessions: the globe being 25 years old, the colour pencils being 11 years old ( they have been used up from time to time with this last batch being bought a decade ago, as they are seldom required nowadays) and my favourite pencil sharpener being 23 years old (the 1997 manufactured label still looks fresh).

Device: One Plus 7T ( no extra lenses )
    Edits: Snapseed and Lightroom mobile
( I don't know how the text got changed to bold. editing it doesn't work )
