Hey everyone,
We’ve explored endless forms of smartphone photography with a number of activities throughout the year. And be it challenging setups, themes and feature guidelines, the community has managed to surprise us each time. So, as we approach the season of Diwali, and in order to make another exciting addition to #ShotonOnePlus activities this year, we’ve got something interesting in store for you.
Our friends at Condé Nast Traveller will soon be celebrating their 10 year anniversary, and on the occasion, are working on a special magazine edition. Here, we have the chance to feature 4 pages of #ShotonOnePlus work coming straight from the community. So, take part now, and your photo could just make it to Condé Nast Traveller magazine.
Here’s how it’s going to work:
Between now and Monday (26th Oct), we’re running a #ShotonOnePlus challenge with the theme, ‘Light Over Dark’ to kickoff our Diwali celebrationand get your creative juices flowing as well. You can choose to represent the theme however you wish and use this opportunity to explore camera features that can contribute to the theme. Eg. Nightscape and Ultra Wide Mode.
After this, we’re going to scan through all submissions from the community and pick the top entries to have them featured in the Condé Nast Traveller 10th Anniversary special issue.
To be eligible, you need to:
- Click a photo with the theme ‘Light over dark’.
- Shoot it on a OnePlus device. (Brownie points for shooting on a OnePlus 8 Series, OnePlus Nord or OnePlus 8T. But if you have another device, don’t let that hold you back.)
- Upload it on Instagram, using the relevant hashtags - #ShotonOnePlus, your device name. For eg. (#OnePlus8T, #OnePlusNord) and our theme, #LightOverDark
- Tag @oneplus_india
- Submit your entry between now and 11:59 PM on the 26th of October
- Make sure your profile is public so we can judge them
We will be judging entries based on quality, creativity and relevance to the theme.
Note: OnePlus reserves the right to select winning entries and to use the images submitted as part of this challenge.
We look forward to seeing your entries! Good luck.
