well, you should first try restarting your mobile phone.
if that doesn't help then check if your volte is on as well as your network is set to 4G.
Contact your service provider. they can provide you with additional settings when you are not able to connect to the internet.
you never know server maybe down or something. just talk to them once.

    Clearing Cache
    1. Power down the phone.
2.Wait until the device is completely off.
3.Then press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time.
4.Continue holding these two buttons during the initial OnePlus splash screen.
5.When the OnePlus logo goes away, you can let go of these two buttons.
6.And then wait until the phone boots into Recovery Mode.
7.If you have a password set, you will have to enter the pin to decrypt(basically unlock access to storage) here.
8.Tap on the language of your choice.
9.Tap on the Wipe Data and Cache option.
10.Tap on the Wipe Cache option.
11.Tap the Yes option when asked to confirm.
12.Wait for the phone to clear the cache partition.
13.Then tap on the Reboot option to restart the phone.

check if your simcard is suitable for the device. I had the same problem because my simcard was 128bit and had mobile signature capability. when i changed it to 64bit it worked flawlessly with 4g.

Also... Have you actually called your carrier? Instead of going to the store? Because from my experience, the staff at the store is only trained with basic stuff and mostly there to sell things. They wouldn't have any idea how to do anything else. Let alone trying to troubleshoot.

In this case your carrier APN might have changed.
Go to your carriers homepage and look it up.
You can then easily change it in your phone-settings! :)

Thank you for a such fast reply. I tried calling my carrier and cross verified my APN settings with him already. But the issue is still not resolved. However, i have still raised a issue ticket with my carrier for the same

Well this happened to me today. Had network and 10 minutes later all the app complain I am offline while 4G symbols glowing with full strength.

Interestingly apps like Telegram and WhatsApp still work, Chrome , play stores and most of the apps don't.

APN settings is correct. Clearing cache didn't help. Will see what Carrier has to say.

Having the exact same situation, started at around 2:30pm today for me. I've factory resetted, checked my APN (everything is correct). Haven't contacted my carrier yet though. My data works on other phones, and other peoples sim cards work on my phone (with data). Really confused why this is happening. Let me know if you learn anything.
