Im facing problems with the service centre i have sent u mail relating to it but havent received any reply from u.
the case is :
i had submitted my phone on 1st april 2015, the service centre at ANDHERI, MUMBAI, INDIA. The service centre is very slow and has my not repaired my phone yet. is this what service is expected. whenever i call the they say the part isnt available so there is a delay. it is almost one month i am without my phone and it has caused lot of inconvenience to me. the address of the service centre is HCL Tower, Ground Floor,Plot no.360, Marol Military Road,Marol,Andheri, Mumbai 400059 022 - 40510231.My jobsheet no is JS15040100264 my imei no is ***************
i am hoping for quick and positive reply. moreover your india oneplus one helpline talks rudely n gives vague answers. how can you even expect someone to wait for 1 month. all my work has come to a standstill.
Hoping for a quick & positive reply from you. i would like u to give light to this cause and other people's cause too who have been harassed by this service centre and give us compensation for the same, in form of replacing our devices. Who the hell waits for 1 month for their device to get repaired, are we fools? please look in to this matter asap.
