I just went to my carrier and they gave me a nano sim
I then just call my carrier and activate it. Tedious work..but you just got to do it

OK, no need to be quite so offended. I'm sorry if I upset you.

I have to admit that I assumed that someone who bought a phone from an obscure make mostly known in tech circles which can only be bought via an invite system and isn't just available in a shop or from a provider would know a bit about phones.

It seems I was wrong, so sorry.

Micro Sim for OPO, Nano Sim for OPX. Read phones specification and try to understand.

That's not really the interesting part, or is it for you? It's not even part of most descriptions on the internet. I doubt it's even all that apparent on the official page, either.

I have not seen replacement X sim trays online. You will most likely have to contact support to get a new one. Are the pins ok? If the card got jammed, it may have done more damage than just the tray
